For those who are new, I’m a huge pyrophobic…which seems to be the opposite of what so many people on tumblr are. When i say pyrophobic I mean I can’t even use a lighter because of how afraid I am. So no I don’t use the oven, stovetop, lighter, when I smoke I make my friends light it and ash it….0_o yes I know. My point though to this ramble is how I’m taking a class called raku which involves fire, how I picked this class is irrelevant lol but I’m in it and I have yet to actually raku anything and I’ve been in this class since january.
Raku =Definition: Raku (noun) generally refers to a type of low-firing process that was inspired by traditional Japanese raku firing. Western-style raku usually involves removing pottery from the kiln while at bright red heat and placing it into containers with combustible materials. Once the materials ignite, the containers are closed. This produces an intense reduction atmosphere which effects the colors in glazes and clay bodies. The drastic thermal shock also produces cracking
thats basically what I have to do.. and tonight someone convinced me to finally get it over with ::bbm cant watch face::
Even though I go to an art school it’s a given I have to take academic courses as well, not really your typical math and science, but more like humanities, art histories and history classes. Since I graduated high school with like a 3.7 gpa you would think these lecture classes would be manageable….lol well thats definitely a negative :/ I just finished writing the shittiest take home midterm for my history class which happens to be in 15 minutes. I even skipped the last two bullets I was had to write about because most of my notes are doodles or notes I took practically asleep, plus I was running out of time anyways. I spend all of my time working on my studio classes and my academic class suffer immensely x___X failing college ehh
people act as if art school is all fun and coloring with crayons -__- how many people do you know have a 6 hr class let alone 5? get the fuck out of here with that “art is a hobby something fun to do" shit…yea most of us do this because its what we love but it’s not all fun. Most of us cry once a week.. it’s hard work, lots of hours put in the studio inside and outside of class, most of us are sleep deprived. We bust our asses enough here to not need the commentary from other people who look down on as while asking what we’re doing in art school and what we are doing after college..who the fuck cares about later on? currently we are going against the grain and doing what we want despite our parents and who ever else thinks this is a waste of time.
Long nights of meaningless dreams,” says the girl with scars so deep. Here in the love of her heart, she sings to you gently while you fall asleep. The darkness outside is out-shined by the light of this feeling of love, that is forever embedded in the lies she once liked.
how did u lose all your weight? i'm struggling with that task myself. you were beautiful then, and you are now.
thank you love
A weightloss camp was my kickoff thats where I began but after the summer ended I had gained almost gained the 35lbs I had lost in less than 2 months so I joined winter track and spring track later. I had lost all the weight I had gained and additional weight, went back to camp lost more weight…joined field hockey, did winter track and and then spring …somewhere in between there I developed an eating disorder and I became an exercise-aholic went back to camp and things just got worse with my ed then went back to track my senior year…once i got back to college i stopped sports and 4 years later I’m in the repair stage, back to learning how to eat properly and not ruin my body.
I’ve worked 2ish 3 years at helping females of all ages specifically 13-16 lose weight healthy. My best advice is to eat 6 small meals a day so snack healthy inbetween meals so you don’t over eat. Along with eating 6 meals a day make sure you eat the proper food…and you can eat what you please as long as it’s in moderation, or once in a while depending. Drink lots of water, avoid juice or soda. And of course try to be active daily.
